Lissa Kahayon

Lissa Kahayon is a modern woman with a knack for fashion, fitness, and travel. A content
creator of many trades, people turn to her for inspiration on leading a fast-paced lifestyle—all
while wearing a dazzling smile, of course. It’s no surprise that viewers want to know: What
keeps Lissa going?

“I am motivated by my desire to accomplish more. I love the satisfaction I get every time I tick
things off my to-do list,” shares Lissa. noting how she incorporates time to spend with the
besties and her other priorities. She also carves-out time to take a breather, confessing, “I love
my alone time.”

As the face of brands and events, it’s important for Lissa to keep her looks, body, and mind in
shape. “I work out a lot, get teeth whitening sessions at The Smile Bar, and get skincare
treatments,” she says. “I honestly believe that when you feel that you look your best, then you
are able to work better and be better for others.” It’s deeply rewarding and she encourages
everyone to do the same, even when they’re not in the limelight. “I get a confidence boost when
I get good feedback when I know I feel or look my best.”

“I was a bit scared because I thought it would be painful,” Lissa recalls. The worry came from
her knowledge that coffee stains teeth, and for a busy woman like her, it was a great source of

confidence to own it even though the hustle of life. “Some days can be really hectic, but I just
really try my best to be calm under pressure,” she admits. “But I try not to book so many things
in a day so I can work at a proper pace.”

The same goes for keeping her bright smile in check, admitting that she now skips the hot
coffee. “I always drink my iced coffee with a straw,” she chuckles. “And I use the products that
the Smile bar gave me.”

When asked about how having a whiter, brighter smile has helped her she says, “In my line of
work, it really pays to look your best. I’m really happy that The Smile Bar helped boost my
