Stories - Rhea Camille-Chong

Self-care is part of the job

“Your smile can make or break your look, no matter how cool your outfit is or how nice your hair and makeup are,” shares realtor, influencer, and model Rhea Camille Chong. With all her jobs putting her right in people’s eyes, she is understandably OC when it comes to dental care. “Looking your absolute best means you have to take care of your smile, too.”

Her day job as a realtor entails facing local and foreign clients on a regular basis, and the tall order is that she needs to be very presentable all the time. She adds that having a whiter, brighter smile not only helps her look good, it also gives her a confidence boost, which in turn helps with closing deals and as well as in landing new clients.

Working for a number of different brands, whether as a model or an influencer (or in some cases, both), puts her face on a lot of marketing collaterals and digital platforms (in addition to her own), so taking good care of her skin and her smile is mandatory.

Rhea has already tried teeth bleaching with their family dentist, and her experience there made her apprehensive about giving The Smile Bar’s direct whitening a try. “Let’s just say it wasn’t enjoyable,” she laments. “As much as I want white teeth, I didn’t want to go through that again.”

"She adds that having a whiter, brighter smile not only helps her look good, it also gives her a confidence boost, which in turn helps with closing deals and as well as in landing new clients."

A little bit of research about The Smile Bar, however, convinced her that it was worth the try. She had her first Double Whitening session in May 2018, which made her teeth four shades lighter without any pain, discomfort, or side effects whatsoever. Needless to say, she was very happy with both the results and the journey to get there.

Aside from regular in-store whitening, Rhea religiously maintains her smile with the Brilliant SmileTM Sweden Oral Care Regimen, which she uses twice a day. Her meticulousness with her dental hygiene paid off, with her teeth becoming two shades lighter in between her visits to The Smile Bar.

Her whiter, brighter smile made her not only a returning customer — she had another Double Whitening in January 2019, which made her teeth another four shades lighter — but also a fan of The Smile Bar, constantly referring friends and family members to get Direct Whitening treatment. “I want them to enjoy a whiter, brighter smile, and all the perks that come with it.”
