At The Smile Bar – Philippines, your safety is our number one priority. Please review our COVID-19 Safety Measures as we shift to the new normal. The flow of your visit will have some changes, but these are all implemented to assure of everyone’s safety.

  • Our egg chairs and surfaces are carefully sanitized after each treatment. Masks, gloves, mouth trays and other whitening equipment used for the session are disposed and replaced after every use. We never reuse tools at The Smile Bar without replacing, sanitizing, or sterilizing them.
  • All our Smile Tenders are equipped with complete personal protective equipment (PPE Suit, Protective Face Shields, Surgical Face Mask, and Gloves).
  • All our teeth whitening LED light machines are upgraded to contactless machines. With advanced technology- we are able to find a way to make teeth whitening more effective without ever touching your teeth. Amazing right?!
  • Equipping our salons with UV air sterilizers, protective acrylic panels, social distancing
    floor stickers and alcohol dispensers situated at every corner.
  • Limiting the number of appointments for controlled in-store foot traffic.
  • Increased frequency of cleaning for all common areas and enhanced disinfection protocols for all areas.
  • Daily staff health checks throughout the day. Store employees with symptoms will be immediately sent home.
  • Blankets and pillows won’t be offered unless requested. Used blankets and pillows will be washed and exchanged after every use.
  • It is highly advised that an advance appointment is scheduled. It must be set prior to your visit, either through Online Booking or via Phone/SMS/Email at your preferred location. Walk-ins won’t be entertained unless with zero bookings.
  • Please arrive on time. Arriving late may lead to rescheduling your appointment.
  • The Smile Bar branches are at a maximum of 4 persons cap allowed inside. This includes our attending staffs
  • Salons are at a 50% capacity for maximum social distancing.
  • Companions will not be allowed to enter or wait inside the store.
  • Waivers will now include a COVID-19 questionnaire
  • For scheduled appointments, said questionnaire is sent ahead of time via email. This highly encouraged to be filled up prior visit.
  • In case client arrives without a filled-up waiver, it is accessible via a QR code found at our entrance door. Link: https://bit.ly/covidtsb
  • Waivers are all in soft copy format. You may answer them through your mobile or computers
  • Please be advised that you will NOT be allowed to proceed with your appointment if you:
    • Experienced any symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing within the last 14 days
    • Had close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days
    • Had close contact with anyone who experienced fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing within the last 14 days
    • Have travelled outside of the Philippines within the last 14 days
  • A “No Mask and Face Shield, No Entry” will be strictly implemented at our salons.
  • As you enter our store, your temperature will be recorded and taken via touchless thermometers. Those with a temperature of 37.5 Celsius or higher will be asked to return home and reschedule their visit.
  • Contactless transactions are highly encouraged, available through Debit or Credit cards, GCash, Paymaya and QR codes. Online bank transfers are also options if requested.
