Brush at least two times a day.
Use only a pea-sized amount of your preferred variant of HiWhite Charcoal Toothpaste for each brush. Put the product on your toothbrush and brush normally.
For optimum results, use with a BrilliantSmileTM Bamboo Clean Toothbrush, and gargle with BrilliantSmileTM WhiteningEVO Mouthrinse before brushing.
